Oysho Open Day and Chateau Marmont

Mais vale tarde do que nunca não? Pois é, no passado mês de Abril tive o prazer de estar presente no Open Day da OYSHO, que decorreu num hotel giríssimo perto de Torres Vedras, e onde foi apresentada a sua nova colecção de lingerie, homewear, sleepwear, gymwear e footwear para o Verão de 2012. Visto que, cabeça no ar como sou, me esqueci da máquina fotográfica em casa, tive de ir "roubar" estas imagens ao blog da Cátia (LX State of Fashion) para poder documentar esta tarde muito bem passada com uma óptima companhia e recheada de cocktails fantásticos, petiscos exóticos e gelados de fazer crescer água na boca!

A coleção foi fotografada no mítico Chateau Marmont, em Hollywood, o destino favorito de atores e estrelas do rock desde há décadas atrás.

Minty Fresh

The colour that is everywhere. Not much is left to say about it but, even after all the hype it's been getting in the blogosphere and fast fashion stores, I STILL love this hues. Especially when it's combined with other pastel colours, white, navy blue or gold.

 'Summery', fresh and candy like, mint and all the blueish/greenish tones associated with it have been flooding our closets in every shape and material and we don't mind at all.

Inspiration Needed

Lately I've been in serious need of inspiration. The uncertainty of the weather just leaves me clueless about what to wear: one moment it can be raining cats and dogs without being exactly cold, then you look away for TWO SECONDS and all of a sudden it's sunny and the temperature increases and the birds start singing. This only happens during the afternoon, of course, because in the mornings and nights it's like I'm in North Pole. SO, it hasn't been an easy task to get dressed before leaving this neutral fortress I call 'home'.

When fashion inspiration crisis hits, we all know there's no better thing to do than to spend some quality time on Lookbook and that's what I've done.

Past Details

Hi there addicts! I've been kind of busy on the last couple of weeks so less time for the blog and more personal posts. I've been mostly working and travelling but I loved every single minute of my busy time.

Just came back from Madrid, where I went for the first time ever, and I had an AWESOME time... And where I also did some shopping! I finally had the opportunity to go to a Topshop store (everything I own from there was either ordered online or bought in London by friends or family) and I completely lost it. I wanted to buy everything!!

Who wants to see what I actually brought home? May contain garments from Topshop, H&M and Pimkie.
